Earlier this month the CRMpact team travelled to New Orleans to exhibit at Microsoft Convergence 2013.

Convergence is Microsoft’s premier event of the year and with distinguished key speakers and hundreds of keynotes sessions covering a wide range of topics this event is an ideal opportunity for partners and users to network, learn and gain knowledge in their particular area of Dynamics expertise. In addition to the above there is also what I can only describe as a COLOSSAL expo hall that was full of partners, ISV’s and add-on solution providers showing off their offerings that enhance the standard Microsoft Dynamics products.

This was CRMpact’s 2nd year exhibiting at this event and yet again it did not disappoint. We had ample opportunity to meet with our existing members, their customers and Microsoft. In addition to this we also got the chance to meet and talk to organisations that are looking for a trustworthy partner in their CRM roll out.
